LABOR
10 hr/Day: $800 Overtime is billed at 1.5x
EQUIPMENT
Basic Kit/Day: $500 - Recorder/Mixer, Boom, 2 WirelessExtra Wireless: $50/DayTC Box: $50/DayIFB: $25/day + $10/day per extra rx
TRAVEL
Travel within North America will billed as a half day. Travel outside North America will be billed as a full day.
Travel costs are to be paid by production.
CANCELLATION
25% of the agreed rate is automatically charged for any day(s) of work cancelled within 7 days of the work date(s).
50% of the agreed rate is automatically charged for any day(s) of work cancelled within 48 hours of the date(s).
75% of the agreed rate is automatically charged for any day(s) of work cancelled within 24 hours of the work date(s).
INVOICES
Payments are due with in 30 days of the date on the invoice. Overdue payments are subject to a 5% late fee.
Production needs, package rates, and equipment specifics will be discussed at the time of booking. Additional equipment required and approved by production on the shoot day but not included in the discussed package will be charged a la carte.
